As EMB’s Director of Risk Management, Debbie stays involved in all client accounts to ensure all processes are completed accurately. She works to verify providers are properly contracted and their claims are received, processed and paid.
Outside of medical billing, she enjoys hiking in the woods and reading by the pool.
Sarah has been with EMB since 2007. Prior to EMB, Sarah received her Associate of Applied Science Degree from Jefferson College. Crystal has been with EMB since 2014. Outside of EMB, she spends time with her two sons and many fur babies, is an active member of her church, and loves a good motorcycle ride with her significant other.
Malinda has been with EMB since April of 2005. She is a Medical Billing Specialist for multiple accounts as well as the HIPAA Compliance Officer and an IT Specialist. Malinda enjoys crafting, traveling and spending time with her family.

Jessica has been with EMB since 2019. She is a billing specialist and a credentialing coordinator.
Jessica is a baseball mom who likes to go “jeeping” in her spare time and spends her weekends camping as much as possible.
