You can use our EMR or we can download the records required for billing directly from your EMR of choice, such as Practice Fusion, eClinicalWorks, Kareo, Care360, and Office Ally. This streamlines the charge entry process and frees your staff to concentrate on your patients.
For Laboratory Diagnostic and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) providers, billing files are extracted directly from a Laboratory Information System (LIS) or DME software tracking system. This ensures encounters are not missed and are accurately forwarded to the insurance carrier for reimbursement. In addition, to drive the paperless environment, we have access to many other resource portals.
Also, through a partnership with MDTech, we offer a mobile device (iPhone, iPad, Android) point-of-care charge capture solution for our hospital based and nursing home based providers. This amazing process provides encounters to be entered directly into their mobile device after which billing data is securely transmitted to EMB to expedite the billing of your claims to the insurance carriers.
